Chillout Two review---Ministry of Sound.......2005-01-30

You like chillout, right? You like chillout which moves and grooves, you got it here. My main problem with this compilation is that it contains sounds too interesting to do computer surfing with... the music is too distracting. This is for people who don't necessarily like downbeat chill--->it's got a mix of downbeat, cool, moving chill, and club-beat chill. It's win-win baby and "play it again."

My favorite CD ever.......2003-07-23

I just love this CD!!!!!! It's my favorite CD ever!!!!!

If I were asked to throw away my entire CD collection and just keep one of them, I would be very sad, but this would be the one. Specially, disc 2. I love both because the beats are great. They are perfect for every occasion; when you are trying to relax, when you're working, when you're partying, even when trying to get sleep.

If you enjoy Chillout music, this CD should be in your collection. You'll be playing it over and over.

second part is better.......2003-07-08

this is the second installment of the long-awaited chillout sessions by the ministry of sound and it is once again very good. the selection on the second disc is extremely intelligent and the mix flows very smoothly. 5 stars on the first six tracks; the afterlife mix of roger sanchez's another day is a winner; same goes for the tracks by full intention, origin and schiller. the first disc is a little less original and in my opinion includes a few tracks which do not fit in the chillout category. the best compositions from this cd are massive attack with craig armstrong, chicane, jakatta, zero 7, skinny and lemon jelly (all of them are outstanding). overall, the selection is fascinating, and with just a few changes would be untouchable

A Good Compilation CD.......2001-08-28

Some of this stuff I already have on other CDs in my collection but this is an excellent sampler for fans of chill-out music. Along with the now overplayed "Here With Me" by Dido, there are some real gems on this CD set, something for everybody.

Set your Soul Free!!!.......2001-06-25

This has some great European artists! Dido and Chicane are really exhilerating as well as the other artists. I believe anyone who buys this CD will enjoy it and never want to fall asleep without it in their CD player. It's also great music to come home and jump into a bubble bath, and it can be very romantic. I think the combinations of all these artists into one CD fit together very well.
