With its promises of a wealth of "unnamed, exclusive, and unreleased tracks", and with tracks like their massive remix of Kosheen's "Hide U" and Creamer & Quick's saucy "Fuck Sonnet" paving the way nicely, this first "proper" Bedrock mix comp from Creamer and K is set to blow up big. Adopting the same no-holds-barred vibe that the pair are known to push on dance floors the world over, this is pure aural stimulation. Disc 1 starts with Peace Division's "The Voice" before moving into Sholan's deep, textured "Can You Feel," and then heading into more pumping territory with Fafa Manteca's cruising "SOS EP," Milo's dark and juicy "Jungle of Mirror," and Dan K's unhinged "Grace." Disc 2 opens in impressive tribal style with 4 Toaster's "Real World Pt. 2" and keeps up the momentum with the heavy unreleased dub of Against the Grain's "Seven," G Pal's "Ocean of Blue," BlH3's "Marscarter" Mousse T's dub of Kim English's "Supernatural" and Danny Tenaglia's "Hambone Wow" served up as a final, thrilling course. If it's a super-duper double dose of ultraheavy tribal twisters you're seeking, this may do the trick. --Paul Sullivan

as "Circle Of One." The melodies and the
the arrangements in this collection
are okay but I just wasn't feeling
the passion I've gotten from hearing Oleta
alone in front of a piano singing "God Bless

tight band singing gospel-infused songs like

Pales next to "Wired".......2006-01-20
The thing I always liked the most about DJ Hyper was his ability to keep songs - even 7-minute ones - interesting throughout the entire track. Some of the songs on Bedrock Breaks aren't just repetitive, they are hard to sit through. Several times I found myself thinking "Man....seems like this song has been nothing but one long drum loop for 3 solid minutes." I was especially let down by the crappy remix of BT's Smartbomb. That had the potential to be a song for the ages, but leave it to the Plump DJ's to blow it on remixes. Man I hate them.
It might grow on me over time I guess, but right now I'm finding Bedrock Breaks to be boring and uninspired.
Very good stuff.......2005-01-07
Solid, but not up to the level of other recent breaks discs.......2002-02-11
Hyper leaves most of the progressive elements behind, forging a sound that probably won't resonate with fans expecting tougher, yet still Bedrock-y dance music. Certainly there's a big selection of jerk-rhythm, knob twiddle acid tunes that just occupy time ("Sudden Journey," "Premiere," "Future Abuse").
The Heads Down mix sputters in spots but still delivers key tracks. The star collaboration of "Retox" proves as advertised, with Fatboy Slim's cut up filter fun matched with Freq Nasty's dizzying bass groove. "Addicted to Bass" plies an obvious/brilliant vocal that makes it a certain smash, while those impossibly funky chaps the Plump DJs show off two big remixes for BT (blockbuster "Smartbomb") and Brothers Love Dubs. The Late Night set fares better with PMT and Hyper & Rhymes touting top new versions of tunes. Surprise goodies come near the end, where Stir Fry's "Breakin on the Streets" injects some meaty sizzle, peaking into Stisch's "Television Popper" and the Plumps one more time.
Hyper's efforts might aim a brighter media spotlight on the resurgent British breakbeat/nu-school breaks scene, but it was doing quite well by itself in 2001. Top notch mixes from PMT, BLIM, Meat Katie, Plump DJs and Koma & Bones all aced the test, with Tayo, Tipper, the Nu Horizons series and more nipping not far behind. Bedrock Breaks sounds solid, but ultimately doesn't achieve these artists' level of success.
The Definitive Breaks album of 2002!.......2002-02-02
Whether you are a recent convert to the break-beat sound, officionardo or just curious, you will not be disappointed....
As a natural successor to Garage House, Breakbeat combines the rhythms of Hip-Hop, R & B, and Electro to give an accessible dance music style.
This Double Album CD takes us from the calm, collected and catchy to the racing tribal beats of the coolest Party Soundtrack on the block! A Red hot House party essential.
Hyper gives us solid urban rhythms , light strings and occasional vocal tracks. His construction is deliberate and involves you from the outset. The track selection is eclectic and cleverly sewn together with expert DJ'ing skill.
Marking the set with classic tunes like 'Retox' (Fatboy Slim); 'Addicted to Bass' (Puretone); and the Dark Globe/Boy George Collaboration 'Auto Erotic' on CD One he lifts the mood at an even pace - driving the surprises by his nimble mixing. CD Two is a clubbers passport to party - John Creamer & Stephan K's 'Wish you were here' is the invitation and Hyper uses it to perfection. Finishing with Radio Active Man's 'Radio Eins' this CD is the ambassador for the Breakbeat Style!
With residencies at John Digweed's club BEDROCK, London (from where this CD takes it's name), Agatha's in Rome, Italy and appearances scheduled for the Miami winter Music Conference and the Legendary PHONIX in Scotland his pedigree is secured! Your opportunity to be part of the magic is here...
The Baron of Breakbeat is Guy Hatfield A.K.A DJ Hyper and if you buy any CD this year it needs to be this one.
UNBELIEVABLE QUALITY MUSIC FINALLY!.......2002-01-23
What an awesome mind blowing album, and I never jock anything- Breakdancers and Poppers ready yourself for the breaks.

One of the scene's best-known trance DJs, along with fellow Brit DJ Sasha, John Digweed continues his winning streak with this collection of sleek, beat-driven beauty. Working off a diverse set of obscure originals, Digweed burrows his way into one's subconscious, slipping in subdued rhythms and day-dreamy thematic elements with skillful grace. He has a patient ear for incorporating transitions between songs, and an uncommonly light touch. Even when the melodies drift away and the drum machines start to overwhelm, there's always a compelling pulse. Disc 2's "CC16," for example, is mercilessly danceable, yet Digweed cleverly employs a simple, sustained note that offsets the tension, offering friendly reassurance as it hangs delicately over the dance floor. Often working with Sasha on such standout trance collections as Global Underground 003: San Francisco, this record establishes Digweed as the light to Sasha's darker musical colorings. There's an almost obsessive insistence on flow, with mellow, languid phrases morphing into fleshed-out songs, then suddenly pulling back again in a barely noticed evolution. The album starts the process early on the Underworld-like opening track, "Listen," pulling off the trick with a silky progression into Tiny Trendies' "The Sky Is Not Crying." From there, the entire CD unfolds with a lazy elegance, like a cat stretching after a long nap, giving further nuance to Digweed's reputation as a stellar mixologist. --Matthew CookeAlbum Details

A Mix of Experimentation and Familiarity.......2007-04-16
I'm not a huge fan of John Digweed's tract selection for the majority of his solo sets, but he does occasionally mix up some surprises. Disc 1 of this album is one such surprise. The track selection is much more diverse and dynamic, and for this reviewer's taste, more enjoyable than the majority of his released compilations which followed after.
Don't get me wrong, Digweed is one of the world greatest DJ's...no dispute there. What I think is his shortcoming is that his masterhood over live sets doesn't transfer into commerical recordings as well as most other big name DJ's. Great sets to dance to at clubs or other public venues, but quickly tiring and a little monotoneous when purchased as an album for private listening.
Disc 2 of Bedrock falls back into this category again. The trance for a lot of the tracks is also very "old" sounding when listened to today.
Disc 1 gets 4/5 stars and disc 2 gets 2/5 stars.
I liken this album to Global Underground 014: Hong Kong. Disc 1 is full of depth where disc 2 is whitewashed by hard base lines and speedy tempos. If you love that album for both discs and would like some of Digweed's earlier work...you will probably like this one too.
John Digweed wrote the Bible for progressive house.......2004-12-11
This first disc has Two tracks by science department (aka Danny Howells) which helped turn Danny into a world famous DJ. Just another point in the otherwise incredible life work of John Digweed.
For people that no not of house music or progressive I am not sure if this would be your cup of tea.

PURE GOLD.......2005-12-14
John Digweed's Bedrock label has been bringing us quality electronica for a while now, and has released some ace compliations featuring unmixed creations by affiliated artists, but never has it released an artist album with all the tracks created by one artist/group. Enter Benoit Franquet, also known as the Pole Folder - best known before this release for his and CP's Apollo Vibes...a track that opened Digweed's epic GU: LA set.
I always figured he was dark from the few tracks (originals and remixes of others) he's done, but I never suspected he'd be this this dark. Add to that a decent drop in BPM (compared to his normal stuff) for some of the songs, and it's even darker. Lucky for us, he cared enough to call upon gifted sirens such as Kirsty Hawkshaw to lend their vocals.
I'm rambling, so let me get to the point. This album is PURE GOLD. 25 karat...yeah, I said 25. Don't expect it to be the dance-anthem laden outing of the year, because you'll be sorely disappointed. I hate the coin 'IDM' as much as any other e-music head, but if we have to use it, this definitely applies. Intelligent dance music...even though a lot of it isn't exactly danceable.
I'm not very good at describing people (I'd be stuck if someone robbed me or something...and I needed to give a description). Similarly, I'm not very good at describing songs. Instead, see what I mean for yourself when you hear "Salvation on Slavery Sins"
This has now become my favorite song on the album. I was planning on opening up my next recorded mix with it, but Hernan Cattaneo beat me to it. Hey, but I feel good a prominent DJ such as he would think alike there
Check it out, and become addicted. Buy it...
This is THE album of 2005, overall
Often jaw-droppingly beautiful with only a few truly flawed tracks.......2005-12-03
The opening "Abrasion" feat. Shelley Harland deserves to go down as one of the best tracks ever made in the house tradition. Incredibly lush pads, ingeniously altered vocals, luxury-class atmospherics makes this six minutes that will not fail to move you deeply. In many places on ZERO GOLD Pole Folder uses this same winning combination, but always keeping it fresh with new elements. Take, for example, "Inner Turmoil", where he manages to combine his focus on groove with a long-time love of Pink Floyd: over a sly yet relentless beat wild guitar effects wash over the listener like a sea of sound. In "Fall In Violet" featuring again Harland, mixes a Swayzak-ish faux-German vocal line with a whompy bass line like nothing I've heard before and great synths. The last track on the album, "Before It All Changes", recalls some of the menacing ambience of Hybrid's work, yet has even greater aural dimensions.
With so much of this album being phenomenal, it's all the more a pity that there is some unequivocably poor material here. "Scared To Lose" feat. Sandra Ferretti has some uninspiringly rough material coupled with risible lyrics. "Faith In Me", a ballad of sorts, feels out of place with its idiosyncratic percussion. And as one who never enjoyed the "electro" phase, I find "Salvation on Slavery Sins" nearly unlistenable (yet, it's ironically one of the most successful songs on the album among the current dance scene's afficiandos).
Yet, a couple of off tracks should not stop you from picking up this album post-haste. I've played this for several other fans of progressive dance music, and none has been less than awed. Listening to this album, one is simultaneous sad at the sudden shifts in progressive dance music in 2002 that lost a lot of long-time fans, myself included, and yet happy that Pole Folder continues in this rich style. Ironically, some of the finest progressive music has appeared several years after everyone thought it was dead for good.
A lush, atmospheric, well produced album........2005-08-14

I bought Gypsy's first album in 1971 after I heard it at a friend's house. I was nineteen years old then. It immediately became one of my favorite ablums. Truly wonderful music. One 28 year old reviewer here hit it right when he said they don't make music like this anymore. I still have it on vinyl, but unfortunately it's very scratchy. Guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay the $45 tag. It's well worth it!!!

Combining the talents of the internationally renowned DJ John Digweed and the lesser-known but formidable producer Nick Muir, Bedrock broke wide open with the massive 1999 trance anthem Heaven Scent. This collection starts with a glorious, remixed version of that song and doesn't let up, launching into an impressive array of energetic trance. Bedrock doubles as the name for Digweed's U.K. club as well as the pair's label, so much of the record is given over to other like-minded DJ's and producers associated with the twosome. Each gets a chance to spin their finest wax. Danny Howells, who released a fine contribution to Global Underground's "Nu-Breed" series last year, gets his licks in early, mixing up the second track, "Repercussion" with a typically lithe touch. The great New York DJ Jimmy Van M and Austin Leeds make appearances as well, with Leeds giving a graceful feel to the second disc's more ambient leanings. --Matthew CookeCustomer Reviews:
Sorighty..........2005-01-07
A solid buy for progressive DJs and hard-core Bedrock fans.......2002-12-09
FOUNDATIONS opens with Bedrock - "Heaven Scent (John Johnson Mix)". It's a great mix, even though "Heaven Scent" in all its forms has been played out since its appearance in 1999, this is one of this collection's more captivating tracks. The two remixes of Science Dept. tracks, "Repercussion (Funk Function's Future Mix)" and "Persuasion (Dominica Mix)" are slow, hypnotic songs that would be easy to build a set up with. Van M & Leeds - "More (Austin's Unreleased Mix)" is an idiosyncratic mix that regrettably sounds too dated for use today. Ditto for the two Moonface tracks here; "Futurised Fears" and "Overactive" were key tracks in the progressive house scene of two years ago, but now could be attacked as bog-standard progressive fodder. Disc 1 closes with Bedrock - "Voices", which is a track that I think has gotten better with age.
The second disc of FOUNDATIONS is a bit more anthemic. It opens with Mainline - "Narcotic." Featured one Sasha and John Digweed's COMMUNICATION collaboration, this deep and organic track is so subtle that it may only work as an opening to a set, but it's fantastic nonetheless. Austin Leeds - "Force 51" is an incredible track, featuring a slow buildup to chugging synths that still refrains from being cheesy, and it is perhaps the best track on FOUNDATIONS. Leed's other track, "Moondriver", is a less anthemic track that moves along just fine. The fourth track, Steve Lawler - "Rise 'In (Nalin & Kane Vocal Mix") is the low point of this collection, as the atrocious vocals ruin what is instrumentally a solid track. Happily, FOUNDATIONS swiftly recovers with Saints & Sinners - "Pushin Too Hard (Futureshock's Confession)", an excellent remix that keeps all the catchiness of the original but is full of added surprises. Alchemy - "Bruiser (Evolution Mix)" is a wispy, ambient remix like much of Evolution's work, but with its odd tempo jumps does something new. Revolt - "Moonlit (Room Drumland Mix)" is one of Revolt's most disappointing tracks, but a DJ might find room for it at the end of a set.
If you are just the average fan of progressive house, FOUNDATIONS isn't worth getting. This unmixed collection is really for DJs and hard-core Bedrock fans, who will find a lot to like in it.

Quiet, yet diligent progressive house DJ Chris Fortier has assembled a groovy, first-class progressive trance set. Hot, steamy, and with the distinct ghost of dub hanging over it (you won't hear actual riddims, but you'll feel the influence of them), Fortier's Bedrock sounds like a lazy Ibizan beach, surf crashing on the shore, as swimsuits over tanned skin dance and revel at sunset. Universal Agents set the tone with their reefer-coated waves, and the dirty gyrations of Harris's "Touched by Dub" underscore the set's sheer sexiness. Meanwhile, Deep C and Randall Jones evoke Underworld-style moodiness with "The One," and by the time Angel Moraes has stepped it up a notch higher for the grinding "Turn It Up," Fortier himself comes along to close with the sugar-throb trance of "Losing Wait." Fortier's produced a trance-tastic winner here, and Bedrock is fast shaping up to be the dance compilation label that matches Global Underground for quality. --Steffan ChiraziCustomer Reviews:

Beautiful Yet Strange.......2003-08-11
wicked.......2002-02-26
okay, so this album is definitely one which would cater more to a dj than a listener or any sort. as one of the other guys said, there's a lot of dj-friendliness happening on here, which means big long stretches of nothing but beats and minimal synth noise. when you're mixing, this undoubtedly a blessing, but its just boring as hell to listen to. my personal favorites on this album are the first track, and the ambient remix of that track. the other mixes don't hold their own as well, they'd be fine in a set, but they're not much fun to listen to.
the heaven scent remix is alright, but i prefer the original. perhaps the POB mix is "up to date" but i really couldn't care less about that, if the music is good thats all that matters. the problem with the POB mix is that the melody seems to be sort of tossed in as an afterthought. the builds and all lack the impact that make the original such an awesome track.
so overall, being an art student, i really like this disc. its great to pop it onto headphones during a studio and just space out to. and these tracks would appeal to prog house dj's, very mix-friendly. but if you're looking for stuff you can more traditionally "listen" to, i think you'd get bored with most of this disc.
Unmixed is often uninteresting, but a few tracks excite.......2001-05-19
"Beautiful Strange (original mix)" is like the complement to Bedrock's hit of two years ago, "Heaven Scent." Whereas "Heaven Scent" is melodic, explosive, and a perfect end to a set, "Beautiful Strange" is deep, subtle, and an energizing intro. It's wondering, and I wish I was hearing it more often at clubs.
The Moonface mix of "Beautiful Strange" is a lot less deep and has much the same style as many of the tracks of disc two of Digweed's HONG KONG. Quite a lot of this track, however, is "vinyl stretch" and sounds pretty uninteresting if not mixed with another track.
The Rui da Silva mix of "Beautiful Strange" is barely recognizable. It has a more of a nature-sound, but doesn't cross the line into tribal house.
Voyager's Platium Remix of "Beautiful Strange" is minimal and whispering. Definitely an track with which to end a set.
The last of the remixes of "Beautiful Strange" is Bedrock's Ambient Beats. It's indeed ambient, something like a Seefeel remix without the organic warmth.
"Forge (original mix)" is something of a B-side, and its trance style is too passe for this track to garner much recognition. It's really low in the BPM's, and it's only questionably a House track. Nonetheless, it's got a pleasing rhythm and after the Original Mix of "Beautiful Strange" the track that sounds best unmixed.
Next up is Saeed & Palash's Breathless Remix of Bedrock's "Voices." It works a lot like their remix of Luzon's "The Baguio Track" and is highly unmelodic.
Last is POB's Seismix of Bedrock's classic "Heaven Scent." When mixed into a set, this track is breathtaking, updating the original's slightly out-of-date trippiness into a metallic progressive funk.

Mixed mix of prehistoric...I mean 90's music.......2004-03-20
Choosing the B-52's, temporarily rechristened the BC-52's for two songs, to sing the theme song is along the lines of inventing the wheel, one of those really inventive ideas. They've gone back to the producers of Cosmic Thing here. Don Was in produces the theme song, perfect as Fred Schneider quirkiness and Katie Pierson's unique chirpiness add to the fun-ness of the song. Cartoon effects from the series are incorporated, such as running and Dino. And it's Nile Rodgers producing "The Bedrock Twitch" which is another danceable hit like "Love Shack." In this case, it's what, "stone roof, rusted"? If this was done in the 60's when dance crazes were all the hype.... I can imagine people jamming to "do the twitch like you got an itch itch itch."
Some songs don't exactly go past second gear. Biethnic UK hip-hop/remix group Stereo MC's tackle "Human Being (Bedrock Steady)" a steady cycle of multilayered drum tracks and wailing vocals, while My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult's "Hit & Run Holiday" features the same industrial sounds they provided on the Cool World soundtrack, but with some more distorted vocals and horns. Not one of their better songs, and not too relevant to the movie.
One of the last bows of Shakespears Sister, that group by ex-Bananarama singer Siobhan Fahey, is seen in the reggae of "Prehistoric Daze"
Big Audio Dynamite do "Rock With The Caveman," opening with excerpts of some tribal chanting, then "Wilma, I'm home!" and then it's a Bill Haley-type 50's rock with guitar and piano and backing vocals. "Stalactite, stalagmite, hold your baby very tight." Clever that, with near the same fun as the BC-52's.
"I Showed A Caveman How To Rock"? More like how to rap, given that it's US3 featuring Def Jef with some "yabadabadoo" and horn samples heard.
"I Wanna Be A Flintstone": yes, that's the name of this hard-guitar/rockabilly song by the Screaming Blue Messiahs. Fred can be heard in the background, and in fact he stops the song with his "Hold it hold it! Hoo boy!"
Laid back instruments, such as airy synths and piano, back bass vocals feature in the Crash Test Dummies' "In The Days Of The Caveman." It's an idyllic look back at a simpler time, when cavemen "didn't have to keep a certain bedtime" and were able to hear noises at nighttime. One of the better songs here.
Actually, it's not "Anarchy In The UK", rather it's "anarchy in Bedrock" and "I WANNA BE FRED FLINTSTONE" in Green Jelly's over-the-top and constipated cover of the Pistol's classic anthem in which there are other liberties taken to, such as the lead singer yelling out "WILMA" as if Stan Kowalski was screaming for Stella in Streetcar Named Desire. I'm a purist at heart, but I'm only lightly unamused here.
Some songs have been previously released. Weird Al Yankovic's "Bedrock Anthem," a send-up of the Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Under The Bridge" and "Give It Away." Some effects from the cartoon series include Dino's yapping and Barney Rubble "laughing like a hyena." And Was (Not Was) recycle a danceable soul single from their What's Up Dog? album, "Walk The Dinosaur," whose title was just asking to be put on a Flintstones album. Or Jurassic Park if that movie featured songs.
A fair mix of songs reflecting mid-90's music, but why include an excerpt of the incidental music, i.e. Mesozoic Music by David Newman, which throws the whole thing off balance. Rating: three yabba-dabbas and a doo, rounded up to four yabba-dabbas.

Incredible........2005-08-04
my favorite cd.......2005-02-04
You must listen! My fav album!.......2004-10-25
Is a real shame that only a few people know this band, but everybody who knows bôa, really never regrets of knowing this band, because (in my opinion) every single song is awesomely beautiful.
Yes, there are outstands, but the whole album is awesome if you desire a great rock band! They're about to release a new album called "Get there" and they really our help. Their work must be recognized!
1.Duvet -> This song is amazing, I love her voice, the instrumentals, you just can't stop singing the chorus, because it has something depressive, but touchy in it
2.Twilight -> This song has something about darkness, about love triangles, is a ballad that grows hard, like mostly all the bôa songs
3.Fool -> One of the hardest songs in the album, it talks about not fiting this world. I particularly fit myself with this song. Jasmine's voice just evolves this song from an apatic voice to an expressive yelling singing. Just wonderful!
4.Rain -> This music starts and it sounds like a smooth rain is falling. Just amazing how bôa can make this all feel into a music. The lyrics are so mysterious, I can't quite understand what it means. This mystery gives an extra touch to the song
5.Elephant -> As far, my favorite song! I just feel so great when I hear this song, it has a magic (helped by Jasmine's amazing voice) that wraps you! Just perfect.
6.Scoring -> This songs talk in an indirect way about husband's that abuses of their wives. I just love, how this songs greatly changes.
7.Deeply -> Oh, talk about love? Yes, please! This song feels like a girl pressing her boyfriend against the wall to discuss their relationships. It raises me up!
8.One day -> Steve's voice is amazing! But this is my least favorite song. But it's still great!
9.Welcome -> A reggae-jazz-like ballad! I just love the softness of this song and how Jasmine can really sing softly!
10.For Jasmine -> This has a jazzy mood in the start and gains some agressive hit through it's developing! "Don't you ever stop learning!" Great message!
11.Anna Maria -> This song has a sort of a beat that just makes you wanna dance! The instrumentals are wonderful and Jasmine is as always wonderful!
12.Duvet acoustic -> I just love this acoustic version. It is softer than the original and it got great solos!
13.Little miss -> Just another wonderful song that I can't explain. It has a jazz-mood-style, and then it changes to a hard-rock chorus!
14.Drinking -> A ballad about alcholism. It's simple and that makes it all great! You just can't stop singing "Oohh, you have so much more...ohhoho, where has your time gone?".
Resuming, you must have this album. Is quite a rare album, but it's worth to pay an expensive price for it! You will not be disapointed! Oh, you will be happy and greatful to have bought this album because it will simply touch in a way that you can't stop listening to it!
This album really has left me a mark.
Amazing, simply amazing.......2004-09-10
1. DUVET -10/10 - My second favorite on the album. Sweet melodie, good tempo, great, very touching lyrics and the opening to one of my favorite Anime, Serial Experiments Lain.
2. Twilight - 9/10 - Great title track of the album. This song always makes me think of The Cranberries, her voice and the way she sings is similar, but I think it's better, an awesome song with great lyrics
3. Fool - 8/10 - Similar to the previous song, only a little more upbeat on the corus and opening.
4. Rain - 7/10 - Very good and thought out, but still one of those songs that I can skip.
5. Elephant - 10/10 - My favorite on the CD. Extremely catchy and easy to get hooked on. Great Lyrics again, and awesome vocals on this one especially. This is one I like to play 2 or 3 times before going to the next song.
6. Scoring - 7/10 - probably my least favorite on the album, but still worth listening to, although I mainly skip it.
7. Deeply - 9/10 - Very cool! It is different than the other songs, also on Serial Experiments Lain. Great guitar intro and all the way through. I also like what Jasmine does with her voice in this song.
8. One Day - 10/10 - Great song. This is the one song that stands out, not for how good it is, which it is really good, but it is sung by Jasmine's brother, the guitarist, forget his name. He does have a good voice, something him and his sister share, and this also has great lyrics as well.
9. Welcome - 9/10 - Something slower now. A good song when your tired, or when you just want to relax. A nice, steady bass line and drum beat keep this a nice moody song.
10. For Jasmine - 8/10 - Ehh. It's good. Nothing special in my opinion. But it does have a good beat to it.
11. Anna Maria - 9/10 - This song is great. It's got a cool Mexican Guitar riff going throug it, which fits the title of the song, and nice subtle difficult drumming in it. A great song to "dance" to, you'll get the "dance" part when you hear it.
12. Duvet (Acoustic) - 10/10 - A longer, slower, calmer version of the first song. A great song, tied for second in my favorites for this album, tied with....you guessed it, the first Duvet. A great song to listen to when you just want to relax or to fall asleep to, I have.
13. Little Miss - 9/10 - I know I may sound repetative by now, but most of these songs deserve the same respect. All of them have Great music, vocals and lyrics, and this is no exception.
14. Drinking - 8/10 - Again, a good, calm, slow song. The lyrics in this one are extremely esquiset.
