It is fleshed out with new music from the vibrant Nortec scene out of Tijuana, vintage cinematic son combos, Puerto Rican guitar hallucinations and remix productions from Charles Webster, Bill Laswell and subsonic hip-hopper Fat Jon. Magical music.......2007-03-15

I almost passed on this CD when it was given to me. Good grief! Now it is one of my favorite albums. "Intelectual" by Kevin Johansen & The Nada Cumbiera is a good one to preview (above). Love every song, though. Rich, silky, sophisticated -- makes you feel like you're in a cool movie.

Blue Suenos - dream listening.......2005-07-28

This CD takes the listener on a musical journey to places we dream of when we are caught up in the mundane of the every day. These dreamy tracks swept me away from the mundane into the magical. A wonderful collaboration, an eclectic compilation.
