Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Om My Goodness!.......2006-01-30

Don't know what our little "elounger" below is talking about! To each his own, but I have collected Om Lounge Cds since day one, and this one is seriously amazing...very chilled-out, jazzy, and *down* -- possibly the most sophisticated CD in their library...similar in some ways to the earlier sets, eg. very urbane, very Euro in attitude n' mood.

I highly recommend this disc to all REAL afficinados of this musical genre... inexperienced swimmers beware, this one's too deep for you!!

4 out of 5 stars Om 8 is On!.......2004-03-26

This is a kicking CD. It has a little bit of everything. It offers you a taste of some exotic rhythms and smooth beats. If the first track by Zeb doesn't get you, your dead brother, dead!

5 out of 5 stars Great CD.......2004-02-25

I disagree with the other review. This is a great CD. If you like good downtempo music with nice beats then you will like this CD. This is one the best in the Om Lounge series. I also like Om Lounge 3 and 5. A nice compilation with beats, vocals and one song with hip-hop. I recommend it.

1 out of 5 stars worse with age?.......2004-02-24

each release seems to be getting worse and worse. i can't say anything good about this album. Maybe they should spend a little time on quality, not quantity of new releases.. don't waste your money.
