5 out of 5 stars Again, having a hard time not liking any tracks........2002-12-06

These OM recordings just build on one another very nicely. No bad tracks here. Just more of a wonderful collection of downtempo beats that perfectly accompany that martini party you were planning or just a quiet night by the fire with a home cooked meal and a view of a downtown city skyline. Downtempo is the key word here, if you know what that is and like that music style, you'll have no problems with this cd.

4 out of 5 stars read it and buy.......2002-03-06

simply put electronic chillage at its best.this would lift you up and melt you away on a snowy night.

5 out of 5 stars A Truly Stylish CD - Could Be the Future of Music.......2002-02-24

This is a truly remarkable CD. Somehow it sounds better after sundown. It is an extremely modern, sleek set of tracks. Highly recommended.

3 out of 5 stars Good background lounge........2002-01-24

If you like to entertain or are just hanging out, this is an excellent soundtrack for either. If you're planning on listening to something intently, I'd suggest something perhaps outside of a commercially produced series. Perhaps something by Mark Farina or (if you're so inclined) by one of the many jazzy trip-hop groups.

4 out of 5 stars Once again, well done!.......2001-11-20

If you're looking for some great nighttime chillin' music, then this CD is for you. As a proud owner of the first four installments of the OM Lounge series, I find that this one fits well within what I have come to expect from the series. One thing that particularly impresses me about this CD (and the others, as well) is the subtle detail that can be heard in each track. The Andy Caldwell and Soulstice tracks are excellent, as usual, and Pacific Memories (track #2) really jams in its own low-key way. Sounds really great on the higher end systems (for all you high-end audio buffs out there).
